Strasbourg, France

Personally, I had heard about Strasbourg for its culinary specialties and especially its famous Christmas market. It is a city where it is very pleasant to stroll. The covered bridges, the Petite France district, the Palais des Rohan, the Notre-Dame cathedral or the Kammerzelle house are not to be missed. The city of Strasbourg is dynamic, cultural and nature is just around the corner. Alsatian wines, beers, flammekueche, sauerkraut etc.

For my part, I had a real crush on the flammekueche!

Capital of the Grand Est region, Strasbourg is also the parliamentary capital of Europe since 1949.

During a school trip in 2018, I had the opportunity to visit the European Parliament located in the heart of Strasbourg, which allowed me to see what a session of the national assembly looks like. It was very rewarding !

In my opinion, this city is not talked about enough as a tourist destination in France, but I advise you to go and visit this city next to Germany😉.
