Time for a breakfast recipe ! - The Açai Bowl

I just couldn't tell you about this great Brazilian culinary discovery without sharing a little recipe ;) !


Of course, this is just a suggested recipe, but feel free to add any toppings you like!


You will need


  • 1 and a half bananas

  • 4 tablespoons of acai powder

  • 40 cl of vegetable milk

  • 2 tablespoons of honey

  • 250 g strawberries

  • 50 g blueberries

  • 2 tablespoons of coconut

  • 3 tablespoons of oatmeal

  • 1 branch of mint


Preparation


1. Cut bananas into slices


2. After washing, cut strawberries into pieces


3. Mix the bananas and strawberries in a blender. Add the acai powder, honey and vegetable milk


4. Once you have washed the blueberries, add them and the other toppings to the smoothie.


5. Add the mint leaves for garnish!


Enjoy !
