Here is a little culinary discovery!
The Niçoise salad
To start the summer with a good meal, nothing better than a delicious salad! Today, we share with you the original recipe of the Nicoise salad, which comes from France, in the French Riviera, and will make you travel!
Enjoy with your friends or family, for 4 people you will need:
- 200 grams of tuna
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper
- 120 grams of beans
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 spring onions
- black olives from Nice
- 3 purple artichokes
- 8 radishes
- A few basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
1. Harden the eggs (8 to 10 minutes after boiling the water) then cool them in cold water or in the refrigerator
2. Chop the spring onions, bell pepper and artichokes into very fine rings
3. Add the beans, bell pepper, sliced radishes and drained and crumbled tuna. Then mix with salt and pepper.
4. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices, the hard-boiled eggs into quarters and place them on top.
5. Add the anchovy fillets, the olives and the finely chopped basil
6. Drizzle with olive oil and a tablespoon of vinegar.
7. After one hour in the fridge, enjoy your salad!
