The Chocolate fondant

If you are a chocolate lover, it means that you are very greedy, then you are at the right place!
You may know the chocolate fondant?
It is a very greedy chocolate cake and very sweet, I confess lol. Its particularity is that it contains very little flour, and it melts once you put a piece of it in your mouth, which is, in my opinion, quite a nice feeling!
It is a typically French 🇫🇷 and very famous dessert.
The iconic Chocolate fondant! Absolutely essential for any chocolate lover, but its delicate cooking makes it difficult to master.
You can taste delicious chocolate fondant in great French restaurants, especially in Paris!
While waiting for all the Parisian restaurants to reopen this summer, I share with you a little recipe ;)

You will need :
200 g of dark chocolate
4 eggs
125 g of sugar
100 grams of butter
60 g of flour
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 150°C
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie
Beat the eggs with the sugar and the flour then add the butter + chocolate to the mixture
Once the dough is smooth, pour it into a buttered pan and bake for 15-20 minutes maximum
Remember to keep an eye on the cooking time
The fondant is successful if the cake has cracks on the surface and if there is some cake left on the fork when you stick it in
Wait until the fondant has cooled before eating it!
