France and its beautiful regions <3 ! Here are some places that you must see if you plan to visit this country several times or if you are about to make a road trip there !
#1 The French Riviera (The Cote d’Azur)

From the beautiful beaches of the coast to the picturesque villages of the hinterland, the French Riviera is a fascinating destination. Many holidaymakers prefer the "select" atmosphere of Saint Tropez, Cannes or Nice: indeed, prices are high there, chic restaurants, hotels and luxury stores, so be careful with your wallet! Whatever your style, you're bound to find something to suit you in this diverse region, as authentic as it is shallow, with as many natural parks as crowded beaches!
If you're ever on the French Riviera, make sure to visit Monaco, with its magnificent palace, colorful streets and casino (the famous Monte Carlo casino)!

#2 Paris and its region

The Paris region is the one that attracts the most tourists in France. The presence of numerous cultural attractions such as the Louvre Museum, the Château de Versailles or Notre Dame de Paris, Disneyland Paris which is the first theme park in Europe, the Eiffel Tower, numerous world famous restaurants.
It surrounds the famous city of Paris, an international center of culture and gastronomy with its chic cafés and structured gardens.
The list is infinitely long, I can't list all the great things to see in Paris, but I will make a selection of the must-see places in this beautiful city!
#3 Provence

An authentic atmosphere and breathtaking landscapes have always made this small southern corner a popular destination for lovers of good food, wine and peace. To discover the richness of this region, there is nothing like a tour between Camargue and Luberon, passing by Aix en Provence, Marseille and Avignon!
Moreover, I had a real crush on the small city of Avignon, if you could only visit one place in this region, I definitely advise you Avignon! This place is just wonderful!

#4 The Alps

The Alps, and in particular the ski resorts located in the Northern Alps, are also among the most popular destinations for travelers in France. Although France is competing with other countries such as the United States for skiing, it remains one of the most popular countries for mountain tourism. More specifically, the ski areas of Paradiski (La Plagne, Les Arcs and Peisey-Vallandry), Les Trois Vallées, Le Grand Massif and Serre Chevalier are the most popular and accessible from Grenoble, Lyon or Geneva.
I already had the opportunity to ski once at the Val d'Isère resort, it was a great experience, even if I sucked haha!
#5 Normandy

Located in the north, its varied coastline includes white chalk cliffs and its World War II beachheads, including Omaha Beach, site of the popular D-Day landing. Off the coast, you'll see the rocky island of Mont-Saint-Michel, atop which stands a lovely Gothic abbey!
You will have the opportunity to walk barefoot on the bay of the Mont Saint-Michel, beware of the moving areas, otherwise you can sink into the bay. A special excursion but full of great memories!
